One of the hardest, most stressful endeavors any person can undertake is to try and secure a job. Between the search, resumes, cover letters, and interviews, you’ve got to pimp yourself out with the hopes that someone will give you a shot. Perhaps the most important part of this process is to be memorable. You’re dealing with employees and hiring managers who are overloaded and strapped for time.
So, how do you make sure you stand out from the rest of the pack? A business card with Tetris built right into it might help. Portland area designer Kevin Bates has created an incredible prototype, called the Arduboy, which will do that and more. Demos of the card show a scrolling resume, QR Code presentation, and a music player. There’s even talks of developing a version of Pokémon for the tiny platform.
Bates wants to bring Arduboy to market, and promises that a Kickstarter campaign for the ultra-svelte wonder is coming soon. I personally can’t wait! Click here to follow updates on the project, and scroll down to see Arduboy in action!
